The AASA recently released its findings from a 10 question member survey of 536 school administrators from 45 states. AASA members who responded to the survey were split regarding their level of interest in pay for performance.
More than 20% had no interest in pay-for-performance programs.
44% reported a moderate or strong interest in pay-for-performance programs for individual educators.
46% reported a moderate or strong interest in pay-for-performance programs for groups of educators.
44% reported a moderate or strong interest in district wide pay-for-performance programs.
